Chemical Engineerとして薬品供給システムを担当頂き、建設プロジェクトの設計・施工管理・コスト管理・試運転と運用およびメンテナンスに関する業務を安全関連法令・環境関連法令・Micron社内基準を順守し遂行して頂きます。

主な業務内容：

・Global teamと協業し、設計内容をタイムリーにレビュー、必要に応じて文書化されたコメントやフィードバックを提供します

・設計が関連する規格、規定、規則に準拠している事を確認します

・社内関連部門、設計会社、請負会社間で設計・施工及び工程を調整します

・作業開始前までに作業手順の確認及び高リスク作業の有無、リスク低減措置を確認します

・プロジェクトを予算とスケジュールに従って安全に遂行します

・プロジェクトが安全基準に従って実行されていることを確認します

・プロジェクトの進捗状況、リスクについて毎週進捗状況を追跡し報告します

・ AIツールやAI支援技術を活用し、日々の業務における生産性、意思決定、業務効率を向上させる。
・ AI支援ソリューションを活用して日々の業務やワークフローを向上させること。

必要要件：

・会話において的確な意思疎通ができる方

・周囲と協力関係を築きながら仕事を進めることができる方

・目的達成のために逆算して物事を考えられる方

・英語に苦手意識がなく、学ぶ意欲がある方

・英語での電子メールの応答・文書作成

・Excel・Word・PowerPoint・AutoCAD等の基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる方

・学士号あるいは実務経験

尚あれば可：

・英語での口頭でのコミュニケーションが出来る方

・施工管理の実務経験がある方

・化学系の企業での就業経験がある方
