The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. The Concierge 1 welcomes Patients to the Center in a warm manner. They take Patient information and put names on a waiting list. Additionally, they clean and organize the waiting area and restrooms. Finally, they talk with patients as they leave to guarantee a positive overall experience. Provide assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance.Location Address:

Supervisor, Center Administration
Job Responsibilities
· Greeting and assisting patients
· Scheduling and supporting transportation-related needs
· Providing excellent customer service while supporting daily center operations.
Required Qualifications
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Less than 2 years of technical experience
· You must be comfortable assisting patients and handling front-office responsibilities
· Must be comfortable standing 70% of their time
· Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Other Qualifications
· We prefer previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, patient-facing, customer service, receptionist, or concierge setting.
