The Compliance Auditing & Monitoring Analyst role supports the execution and continuous improvement of Life Sciences compliance monitoring programs, with a focus on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Healthcare Compliance (HCC). The role helps evaluate key compliance controls, conduct monitoring and testing activities, support third-party and channel partner reviews, document observations, and track remediation efforts to strengthen the effectiveness of the compliance program. 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Compliance Monitoring and Data Analytics and is part of the Compliance team located in India and will be fully remote. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Support execution of the annual ABAC and/or HCC Auditing & Monitoring plan by performing foundational auditing and monitoring procedures across defined risk areas, including review of transactions, third-party and channel partner support, documentation testing, and control validation, while escalating issues and questions through established compliance review channels 

• Support the execution of third-party risk management program desk review and onsite audit activities by gathering and reviewing required documentation, assessing completeness against established desk review and onsite audit criteria, identifying gaps for follow-up, and helping document observations, remediation actions, and status updates. 

• Track remediation activities and support follow-up validation by coordinating with OpCo stakeholders to confirm timely completion, evidence submission, and effectiveness of corrective actions. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of all Compliance-related processes and leverage data analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions to identify trends, support monitoring activities, improve testing efficiency, and provide actionable compliance insights while operating within company governance requirements. 

The essential requirements of the job include 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized institution. 

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk, or another relevant function in a regulated environment.  

• Demonstrated ability to analyze information, review documentation for completeness and consistency, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form. 

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail, follow established methodologies, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, comfort learning compliance systems, data tools, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation platforms used to enhance Compliance A&M execution. 
• Very good communication (English - Speaking and Writing)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role 

• Ability to travel 15%  - Domestic and International

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Exposure to ABAC compliance, third-party due diligence, Channel Partner oversight, or monitoring and testing activities through academic work, certifications, or internships. 

• Relevant certifications or progress toward certification, such as CPA, CRMA, CFE, CIA, or similar credentials. 
• Working experience in Global Organisation with matrix strcture
