Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Corporate Service Team as a Company Secretarial Assistant based in Hong Kong.
What you'll be doing:
Assist in performing general company secretarial and administrative duties both Hong Kong and offshore companies
Maintain corporate records, filing documents and draft documents
Arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
Support the supervisor(s) in ad-hoc assignment
What you'll need:
Diploma / Degree holder with Company Secretarial studies or other related business field
Minimum 1 year’s company secretarial experience gained from reputable firms, less experience
Student member of HKCGI is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Demonstrate good team spirit
Well-organized and hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
