Pay Range:

JOB DUTIES

* Greet all guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness
* Ensure that guests a have a positive and memorable breakfast experience
* Control the flow of guests in breakfast dining room and ensure that all seating requests are met
* Maintain working area clean and organized at all times
* Ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and appropriately presented
* Assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
* Maintain uniform and appearance in neat and clean condition at all times
* Work safely, watch for safety hazards, take immediate corrective action and report safety issues immediately to your Department Supervisor
* Employees must fulfill their performance standards for this position and comply with company policies, rules and procedures of the hotel, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Must work well with or without direct supervision.
• Previous Serving experience a plus. 
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
