Why this role matters to the mission
Demand for our care is growing fast, and we’re scaling our clinical team alongside it. This means every psychologist you bring in translates to more neurodivergent adults who get care. This role is the front door to growing the team that delivers Prosper’s mission. Your job is to reach qualified licensed psychologists, spark interest, and hand warm candidates to our clinical recruiting team for interviews.
The role
A fast-paced, phone-forward outreach role, but not a cold-calling grind. You'll work from Scout, our internal sourcing platform, which hands you a daily list of strong-fit psychologists and runs the sequencing, scheduling, and tracking. No list-building or chasing dead numbers. You're starting real conversations with clinicians about an opportunity many of them want (flexible, remote, insurance handled, steady referrals, mission-aligned) and booking the interested ones to meet our clinical team. We brought an all-star SDR onto the team earlier this year to build and prove this out - we are now looking to grow the team!

Commitment & Schedule
- 40 hours/week, remote (US)
- Contractor part-time to start, with a path to permanent based on performance
- Target start: late-Oct 2026.
- When you'll work: Weekday daytime, roughly 9AM to 5 PM ET, but open to timezone preferences (e.g., working PT hours)
What you'll do
- Run ~600 outbound calls and ~1,000 emails per week through Scout's worklist (you make the calls/leave voicemails, emails are automated)
- Have warm, consultative first conversations with licensed psychologists
- Book interested candidates into interviews; log every outcome
- Hit weekly activity and booking targets (live-connect rate, interviews booked)
- Give us feedback on what's landing and what isn't with actionable notes, so we improve the message
Compensation
- Expected annualized compensation of ~$80,000. Structured as a $25/hour base plus a performance bonus for every psychologist hired from your outreach. On-target performance lands you at $80k, with room for material upside above that. The bonus is uncapped and largely in your hands.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in a high-volume outbound role: SDR/BDR, inside sales, or phone-based fundraising
- Comfortable on the phone
- Organized and consistent; you can run the same sequence 100x/week without dropping follow-ups
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coachable and metrics-driven; you want to see your numbers and smash them
- Bonus: experience recruiting clinicians, healthcare; familiarity with a CRM/sequencing tool
