Commercial Product Manager for Turkey and ME region.

The Commercial Product Manager (CPM) position within the EMEA region, focuses on driving sales performance, product launches, and customer engagement in alignment with both local and group strategies.

• Drive commercial impact and portfolio optimization: The CPM is tasked with analyzing sales trends, optimizing product portfolios according to commercial strategies, and ensuring local campaigns align with sales performance requirements. They also manage the commercial launch of new products and monitor post-launch results to meet business goals.

• Enhance knowledge and training within the organization: Establishing annual training plans to build product and market knowledge among sales, service, and marketing teams is a key function. The CPM regularly engages with local partners to support knowledge sharing and promotes best practices across regions.

• Liaise between local markets and group product management: The CPM represents local market needs in group product strategy and development, participates in new product development processes including concept validation and forecasting, and maintains regular communication with customers and sales to understand market trends and requirements.

• Support sales, marketing, and customer relations: Responsibilities include providing technical expertise and training to sales and marketing teams, managing new product launches, conducting competitor analysis, and fostering customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through continuous feedback and relationship building.
