Job Responsibilities:
• Reviews pricing strategy implementation across various Region/Zones, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics, and takes proactive measures to adjust strategies as needed.
• Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, collecting and monitoring competitive price points, conducting thorough analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify competitive positioning opportunities and risks.
• Drives the adoption of Value Based Pricing skills throughout the organization, championing methodologies that enhance customer value perception while optimizing profitability margins.
• Fosters strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in marketing as well as country sales and account managers to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
• Guides in high-stakes customer negotiations by providing pricing expertise and strategic input, ensuring favorable outcomes that align with company objectives and customer needs.
• Coordinates comprehensive portfolio and price strategy communication across diverse Region/Zones, ensuring strategic coherence and effective implementation of pricing initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Consolidates and synthesizes price chart updates within the organization, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data management and communication to facilitate informed decision-making at all levels.
• Orchestrates strategic price-setting reviews with Region/Zones, leading discussions and initiatives to align pricing strategies with business conditions and customer expectations.
• Analyzes pricing and profitability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on continuous improvement, serving as a trusted consultant to business stakeholders by providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance pricing strategies and financial outcomes.
• Ensures all price quotes and contracts are negotiated within strict adherence to policy guidelines, safeguarding profitability and compliance while reflecting customer performance metrics and strategic alignment.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Strategic Management, Auditing or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

Preferred Certification:
LEAN Six Sigma (Advanced) or equivalent

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
