Commercial Frontload Truck Driver – Okahumpka, FL

Waste Connections is looking for safety-focused drivers who are passionate about driving and want long-term career growth. Join our team in Okahumpka, FL as a Commercial Frontload Garbage Truck Driver and become part of a company that values stability, safety, and advancement opportunities.

Pay: $25+/hr (DOE) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Start time 3:00am and occasional Saturdays | Hours: 50–60 per week

What You’ll Do

• Operate a commercial frontload garbage truck on assigned routes.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Safely load, transport, and dispose of waste at designated facilities.
• Provide courteous service to customers.
• Work in all weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and climbing in/out of the truck.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a stable work history.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round.
• Residential or Front Load experience is a plus!
