We are looking for a Commercial Change & Transformation Manager to help commercial teams understand, adopt and sustain new ways of working across priorities, operating models, processes, tools and behaviours. This role translates transformation priorities into clear communications, practical adoption activity and measurable interventions that improve execution and commercial effectiveness.

Working closely with Commercial Leadership, Revenue Operations, Client Success and other functional leaders, you will balance change strategy with hands-on delivery. Your initial focus will be CRM transformation, ensuring changes are communicated clearly, adopted consistently and embedded within broader commercial ways of working.

What You’ll Do:

Change delivery and adoption planning

• Translate commercial transformation priorities into practical adoption plans, milestones and actions.
• Assess how change affects commercial processes, roles, behaviours, data standards, tools and ways of working, then convert those impacts into targeted support.
• Identify impacted audiences across functions, regions, user communities and connected support teams.
• Assess readiness and coordinate interventions such as manager briefings, user support, reinforcement activity and targeted follow-up.
• Define adoption objectives, success measures and priority actions that demonstrate value for commercial teams and the wider transformation agenda.

Stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment

• Build trusted relationships with commercial leaders, Revenue Operations, functional stakeholders and programme teams.
• Establish and manage a representative network of commercial change champions across relevant teams and regions.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, listening sessions and feedback forums, turning insight into clear actions and follow-up.
• Identify concerns, resistance and adoption risks, and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Equip leaders and people managers to communicate, role-model and reinforce the change.

Key deliverables:

• Commercial change and adoption plans, including change impact assessments and readiness interventions
• Stakeholder engagement plans, change champion governance and leadership briefing toolkits
• Commercial communications calendar, launch communications, FAQs, manager toolkits and a central information hub
• Adoption campaigns, post-launch reinforcement plans, feedback reports and adoption gap improvement plans
• Change and adoption dashboards, readiness reporting, risk analysis and continuous-improvement recommendations
• Integrated action schedules and active risk, issue, dependency and decision tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in change management, communications, business transformation consulting, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting commercial, digital, operational or business-process transformation where user adoption is critical to success.
• Demonstrated experience helping commercial or client-facing teams adopt new technology, processes or ways of working.
• Ability to turn change plans, communication needs and stakeholder feedback into practical activity that improves adoption and reduces user friction.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Programme or project management capability, with strong organisation and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex change into audience-led, actionable messages.
• Data literacy and experience using qualitative and quantitative measures to assess readiness and adoption.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Technology and Operations.
