By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid model from our office in Bucharest or Brașov.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve outstanding balances and payment-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate updates on account statuses and investigate collection issues, disputes, and payment delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Cash Application, Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Deductions, Billing, and Master Data, to resolve issues impacting the collection process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company credit and collection policies.
• Support the achievement of collection targets and contribute to reducing overdue balances.
• You will handle calls, which will account for approximately 25–30% of your activity.
  

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good communication, written and oral, proficient in Italian and English ( B2/C1);
• Intermediate Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good Client handling skills;
• Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
• Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
• Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
• Bachelor's degree may be required.
