About You

You are comfortable navigating the full quote-to-fulfillment lifecycle for cloud technology subscriptions, including quoting, deal registration, order management, and provisioning. You know how to work within ticketing and CRM platforms to keep requests organized and moving without losing accuracy or detail. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders—whether that's an internal advisor, an external customer, or a third-party provider—so that everyone stays aligned and informed without having to chase updates. You approach operational work with a quality-first mindset, catching errors before they become issues and proactively flagging blockers early. You are at ease managing multiple in-flight requests simultaneously, prioritizing based on SLAs and urgency. You enjoy finding ways to reduce friction in repeatable processes and can articulate improvement ideas to cross-functional partners.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Own a queue of sales support tickets from intake through resolution, meeting defined SLA targets at each stage.
• Conduct discovery conversations with Advisors and customers to identify the right cloud products and solutions within the AppDirect Marketplace.
• Build and deliver accurate quotes for SaaS and IaaS subscriptions, managing deal registrations and discount approval workflows.
• Execute marketplace fulfillment end-to-end, including provider provisioning and resolution of pending order events.
• Perform quality assurance checks on customer and order data before submission to prevent downstream errors.
• Coordinate proactively with Provider Managers to resolve quoting, discounting, or ordering blockers in a timely manner.
• Identify recurring friction points in the order and fulfillment process and partner cross-functionally to implement improvements.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or cloud service support, with hands-on exposure to SaaS or IaaS subscriptions.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Jira to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with quoting processes, deal registration, and working with third-party technology providers.
• Strong attention to detail, because errors in quotes or orders create downstream delays that directly affect the customer experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, because this role requires frequent coordination across internal teams, customers, and external providers where ambiguity slows delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
