Summary:

As an End User Computing (EUC) Specialist, a typical day involves managing and supporting enterprise endpoint environments, including desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and mobile devices. The role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Azure AD. The specialist works closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient end-user computing services while improving user productivity and experience across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related technical problems.
Manage and support endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, thin clients, and mobile devices.
Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Azure AD enrollment solutions.
Monitor device compliance, software deployments, patch management, and endpoint security controls.
Perform troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, operating system, application, and device management issues.
Support technology upgrades, migrations, software rollouts, and system integrations.
Conduct testing, validation, and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies and solutions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
Support change management processes and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security policies.
Provide technical guidance to end users and assist in improving overall user experience and productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and SCCM).
Experience with Windows Autopilot, Hybrid Autopilot, Azure AD, ADFS, and Group Policy-based enrollment.
Strong understanding of BYOD, Corporate-Owned Devices (COD), and modern device management concepts.
Experience in endpoint configuration, device provisioning, and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of desktop virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and cloud-based endpoint management.
Understanding of endpoint security, compliance policies, vulnerability management, and patch management.
Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, endpoint devices, and application-related issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management technologies.
Experience with SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and device compliance management is preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale End User Computing environments is desirable.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management is preferred.
Experience working with global customers and distributed teams is desirable.
Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
