Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of applications across various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires managing cloud adoption strategies, ensuring seamless integration of cloud applications, and continuously monitoring cloud infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and reliability. Collaboration with multiple teams to align cloud solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with addressing challenges related to cloud management and scalability to support evolving business needs.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cloud solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and managing cloud platform architectures including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud adoption frameworks and best practices for cloud application deployment.
- Ability to monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to influence cloud strategy and decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
