Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align cloud migration activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale cloud migration projects.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security standards and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
