Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CLMV Sale Manager to drive sales growth and market share for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets within the CLMV region.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam (CLMV).
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across the CLMV region, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development.
* Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the CLMV markets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs in the CLMV region.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
* Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and company policies in the CLMV countries.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on the CLMV region.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in the CLMV markets.
* Extensive knowledge of the CLMV business landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and at least one CLMV language (e.g., Khmer, Lao, Burmese, Vietnamese) is highly advantageous.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the CLMV region.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
