  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain accurate territory plans, sales pipelines, account activity, and forecasts using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, medical, technical, service, business development, and other cross-functional teams to support customers and achieve business objectives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, as applicable to the specific opportunity.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within diagnostics, laboratory, life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales or revenue targets.
  • Experience managing a territory, account portfolio, sales pipeline, and forecast.
  • Experience working effectively in collaborative, cross-functional, or matrixed organizations.
  • Additional experience or technical expertise may be preferred depending on the diagnostic portfolio and specific opportunity.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a geographically dispersed territory and multiple customer priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license where required for the assigned territory.
