Location
Durham, North Carolina
Training: Full-time onsite Monday through Friday for the first 8 weeks.
Schedule After Training: Hybrid schedule.

As a Pharmacy Liaison, You Will
- Serve as an integrated member of the clinic team, partnering with providers, nurses, and staff to support patient care.
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and help them navigate their medication journey.
- Support specialty and retail prescription medication needs for patients.
- Conduct medication adherence outreach and refill coordination to help patients stay on therapy.
- Assist with prior authorizations, insurance issues, and patient financial assistance programs.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and the Patient Service Center to ensure seamless patient support.
- Respond to patient inquiries and help resolve medication-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient information within required systems.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience.
What You Need
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment required.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required; 3-5 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
- A patient-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and improving patient outcomes.

Solid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms.
