QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree
• PGY-1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of pharmacist expereince

SCHEDULE:

• Monday- Friday 1st shift, 24 hours a week
• Rotating weekend coverage

LOCATION:

• Onsite Springfield MA, Baystate Medical Center
