臨床開発業務に関る、以下の業務をご担当頂きます。

• 施設支払関連請求書処理
• クライアントへの請求書と捺印申請の取りまとめ及び発送
• モニターから受領した必須⽂書と指⽰書のつきあわせ（約20件／1時間）
• 文書移管業務（サイト文書のみ）
• 移管⼿順書の作成（プロジェクト開始時、⼿順変更時）
• 安全性情報発送手配
• 購買申請代⾏&ベンダー関連請求書処理（印刷・翻訳・リース）
• 資材手配（文具、リース物品、施設貸与品、印刷など）とりまとめ & 在庫管理（購買申請対応含む）
• 備品発注（バインダー&仕切り&クリアポケット等）、発送伝票発注
• チーム定例会議の設定
• 郵便物、社内便仕訳
• プロジェクトのキャビネ管理
• その他、必要に応じて臨床開発部員のサポート

＜求める知識・経験、資質＞

• 製薬企業、CROにおいてモニターサポート、もしくはモニター経験者（内勤希望の方）、SMO治験事務局経験者歓迎
• 英語を使用する業務に抵抗の無い方
• タイムマネジメント、マルチタスクをこなすことができる方
• ※複数のプロジェクトを担当するため、同時進⾏で内容の異なる業務を担って頂ける⽅
• コミュニケーション能力
• フレキシブルなマインドセット
