- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience Customer-facing service on phone or face to face; customer service and/or managed health care, Elevated diet and Nutrition software knowledge, Time management, organizational and risk mitigation skills Required
- High volume call center and Electronic Medical Record experience Preferred
- CRT-Accredited Food Handler - ANSI National Accreditation Board ANSI National Accreditation Board 90 Days required And
- CRT-Accredited Food Allergy Certificate - ANSI National Accreditation Board ANSI National Accreditation Board 90 Days required Or
