Client Services Manager – Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Williamsport, PA office.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, managing a caseload, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the office.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
- Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
- Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support, supervision and guidance to field employees.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
- Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Support the overall growth and success of the office.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
- Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
