What will your day look like?

In this role, no two days are the same, but your impact will always be felt at the highest strategic and commercial levels across global accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: 

• Executive Client Leadership: Serve as the ultimate partner and trusted strategic advisor to C-suite client executives, driving long-term alignment and expanding the scope and impact of MAP’s global engagements. 

• Visionary Strategic Direction: Influence our clients’ multi-year roadmaps and business transformations, positioning MAP’s capabilities in CRM, data strategy, and CX to solve their most complex enterprise challenges. 

• Inspirational Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, empower, and mentor large cross-functional teams. You will set the tone for excellence, acting as a role model who builds confidence, fosters strategic thinking, and nurtures the next generation of leadership within MAP. 

• Commercial Stewardship & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the financial health and profitability of your client portfolio, driving sustainable revenue growth, strategic ROI, and commercial rigor. 

• Strategic Execution & Innovation: Translate high-level client business objectives into actionable, revenue-generating programs, consistently championing innovation and MAP’s advanced capabilities. 

• Global Network Orchestration: Act as the key executive liaison within the broader WPP and VML networks, expertly leveraging global talent, resources, and cross-agency capabilities to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions. 

Who are you going to work with?

As a Client Partner, you are the strategic anchor connecting senior client executives with an elite, global network of multidisciplinary experts. 

Internally and across the wider WPP network, you will lead and collaborate with Client Service Directors, Delivery Partners, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Creative Directors, and Technology Leads. You will set the vision and benchmark for these teams, bringing out their best work through empathetic, confident, and decisive leadership. Externally, you will engage directly with client Board members, CMOs, CDOs, and enterprise leaders, establishing high-trust relationships that elevate MAP from a supplier to an indispensable business partner. 

What do you bring to the table?

You are a seasoned executive who combines natural confidence, strategic intelligence, and deep commercial acumen. You possess the gravitas to command any room, the composure to navigate complex global matrix organizations, and the leadership quality that makes people want to follow your direction. 

Specifically, you bring: 

• 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading large client accounts within a top-tier digital transformation consultancy, global agency network, or technology services firm. 

• Proven track record of enterprise leadership managing and significantly scaling multi-million-dollar global client portfolios with direct C-suite accountability. 

• Inspirational leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and inspiring large, multidisciplinary teams and senior client-facing leaders. 

• Deep commercial and domain expertise across data strategy, customer experience (CX), CRM, and enterprise tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud). 

• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in English, with the confidence to influence board-level decision-making and articulate complex strategies with clarity. 

• Global network fluency, with experience operating seamlessly across international networks (such as WPP) to orchestrate complex, multi-region solutions. 

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and intelligent agents - both in streamlining internal ways of working and in shaping innovative deliverables that drive value for clients. 

• Uncompromising accountability, self-discipline, and vision to define multi-year growth roadmaps, manage substantial budgets, and drive transformational business outcomes.
