Your responsibilities will include providing online tool support and support with product implementations, MI/data accuracy oversight and troubleshooting, management of issue resolution and tracking, interaction with Amex GBT internal resources and customer key contacts to provide consultation around online tools, technology and functionality for day-to-day North America travel program requirements.  You will be the primary support resource for day to day online interactions, issues, follow up, tracking, escalations and resolution as well as engagement in online special projects and presentations.

What You'll Do

• Supports integration of online booking tool changes and strategic initiatives in conjunction with dedicated Amex GBT Commercial team, Traveler Care team, Product Support, and Client Travel team.
• Researches and engages through support of online booking tool issues at all levels including user issues and feedback, coordination of non-critical technology-based issues and defects such as system issues, faring issues, product functionality, connectivity issues and critical system issues and outages.
• Provides ongoing updates on reported issues to ensure understanding and timely completion.
• Interfaces directly with client and Amex GBT technology groups that support the online booking tools.
• Communicates product upgrades, functionality improvements and issues as directed by client managers.
• Provides customized ongoing online education and training to support to client and traveler needs.  
• Provides formalized feedback and documentation quarterly to client manager for client presentation on performance and opportunities. 
• Manages process for file downloads, uploads and distribution for user additions, change and deletions in the online booking tool. 
• Supports client in communication of goals and opportunities for online tool including enhancement requests, new functionality testing, agency formatting requirements, and regional capabilities.
• Maintains relationship with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues and through knowledge of SSO applications, Tool integration, and information security standards.

What We're Looking For

• Comprehensive knowledge of online booking tool(s) - Neo preferred
• Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data
• Understanding of downstream tools such as Compleat, Connect Profile, Connect, GDS - Sabre preferred
• Eagerness to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates high level of ownership and accountability
• Organization, project management, and prioritization skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to comfortably interact directly with client key contacts
• Proactive issue identification and resolution 
• Experience building strong, inclusive working relationships in a diverse global work environment

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
