Who are we?

Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems or the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanroom Assembly: Perform assembly of precision components in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.

• Helicoils Installation: Install Helicoils into components as per engineering specifications and standards. Ensure proper installation to maintain component integrity and performance.

• Helium Leak Testing: Conduct helium leak testing on assembled components to ensure they meet leak-tightness requirements. Identify and address any leaks or defects.

• Quality Control: Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.

• Process Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, inspection records, and test results.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that assembly and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth assembly processes and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Education: Technical Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleanroom assembly, preferably in the precision manufacturing industry.

• Skills:

• • Proficiency in Helicoils installation and helium leak testing.

• • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• • Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.

• • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other precision assembly techniques and testing methods.

• Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.

Additional Information:

• Work Environment: This position requires working in a cleanroom environment. Adherence to cleanroom protocols and dress codes is mandatory.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle small to large (<1000mm) components with precision.
