At Assurant, we're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Claims Associates to join our growing Claims team in Amsterdam. Every day, you'll help customers when their mobile phone or connected device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, guiding them through the claims process and making a real difference when they need support most. You'll support customers with insurance claims for mobile phones and other connected devices, ensuring a smooth and positive claims experience.

No previous claims experience? No problem. We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

Following your initial training period, you'll move into our hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home 3 days per week while staying connected with your team in the office 2 days per week. What You'll Be Doing

As part of our European Claims team, you'll:

• Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices

• Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism

• Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions

• Communicate with customers via email and internal systems

• Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• Fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• A genuine desire to help customers

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
