Job Description

• Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
• Achieve local performance targets.
• Enhance operational procedures and business processes according to local standards.
• Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
• Responsible for interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning,assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
• Other responsibilities may be added depending on the business need.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to handle both Iloilo and Bacolod's operations.
