Estamos buscando uma pessoa Cientista de Dados para atuar na transformação de dados em insights e soluções que apoiem decisões estratégicas e gerem impacto para o negócio.
Essa pessoa será responsável por explorar e analisar grandes volumes de dados, desenvolver modelos estatísticos e de machine learning, identificar padrões e oportunidades e trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas da empresa.
Principais responsabilidades

Explorar, tratar e analisar grandes volumes de dados estruturados e não estruturados.

Desenvolver análises estatísticas e modelos preditivos para apoiar decisões de negócio.

Construir, avaliar e aprimorar modelos de Machine Learning.
-
Definir métricas e acompanhar a performance dos modelos desenvolvidos.
-
Identificar padrões, tendências, correlações e oportunidades nos dados.
-
Transformar problemas de negócio em problemas analíticos e propor soluções orientadas por dados.
-
Criar dashboards, relatórios e apresentações para comunicar resultados de forma clara para diferentes públicos.

Trabalhar em conjunto com times de Engenharia de Dados, Produto, Tecnologia, BI e áreas de negócio.

Realizar experimentos e testes de hipóteses, incluindo testes A/B quando aplicável.
-
Documentar análises, metodologias, modelos e resultados.
-
Acompanhar a evolução de técnicas, ferramentas e boas práticas de Data Science e Inteligência Artificial.

Contribuir para a evolução da cultura data-driven da organização.
Requisitos
-
Formação superior em Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Matemática, Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência com análise e tratamento de dados.
-
Domínio de Python e bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy e Scikit-learn.
-
Conhecimento de SQL.
-
Conhecimentos de estatística e probabilidade.
-
Experiência com técnicas de Machine Learning supervisionado e/ou não supervisionado.
-
Capacidade de interpretar resultados e traduzi-los em recomendações de negócio.
-
Conhecimento de ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares.
-
Boa capacidade de comunicação e apresentação de resultados.
