About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to join our Sydney Service Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys autonomy, complex troubleshooting, and working across a diverse customer base. You'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, commissioning, and optimising critical HVAC and chiller systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to breakdown service calls and minimise customer downtime
Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
Commission chiller and HVAC systems across customer sites
Diagnose and rectify faults across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chiller systems
Conduct overhauls, repairs, and performance assessments
Complete service documentation and technical reports accurately
Build strong relationships with customers and provide trusted technical advice
Support customers with operational guidance and system optimisation
About You
You are a customer-focused technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and solving complex technical challenges.
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 4 years' experience servicing industrial cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC systems
Strong fault-finding, maintenance, and repair experience
Mechanical and/or electrical trade qualifications
Experience working with chiller systems, including screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal technologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Strong communication and customer service skills
Current Australian Driver Licence
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and background checks
