製造プラント／製品サポートおよび品質管理（QC）ラボ向けの技術サービスにおいて、分析ソリューションの提供、分析手法の開発・バリデーション、Most Effective Technology（MET）の導入、およびラボ生産性向上を、サイト、ハブ、またはアジア地域横断で推進する役割です。分析技術分野における理論、技術、および手法に関する概念的な知識が求められます。

主な職務内容

• プロセス、製品、および分析上の問題を解決するための分析技術の専門知識を提供する。

• Analytical Technology Center と製造部門および品質管理ラボとの技術的な橋渡し役を担う。

• 複雑な分析を実施し、分析データの解析および報告を行う。

• 分析機器のトラブルシューティングおよび修理に関する専門知識を提供する。

• 分析システムおよびラボ管理システムの性能・能力を監視し、継続的な改善を行う。

• 分析手法の開発、バリデーション、および運用支援を行う。

• 新たな分析技術の動向を常に把握し、その適用可能性を評価する。

• 確立された分析技術を活用して、事業上のニーズに対応する。

• 分析手法およびそのバリデーション、技術評価、技術革新に関する文書を作成・維持する。

• 分析機器に関する設備投資計画（Capital Plan）の策定に意見・提言を行う。

応募要件・経験

• 学士号（Bachelor's Degree）以上を有し、加えてラボ業務、製造業務、または関連分野での実務経験を有すること。

• 日本語での日常会話と文書作成能力

• 英語での簡単な会話と読み書き

• Windows PCでの資料作成スキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）

Job Description

Works across a site, hub or region to provide analytical solutions, method development and validation, implementation of Most Effective Technology (MET) and improvements to lab productivity for manufacturing plant/product support and Quality Control Lab technical services. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, techniques and methodology within the analytical technology discipline.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Provides analytical technology expertise to resolve process, product and analytical problems.

• Provides the analytical technology link from the Analytical Technology Center to manufacturing and Quality Control Labs.

• Performs complex analyses and interprets and reports analytical data.

• Provides expertise for troubleshooting and repairing analytical instruments.

• Monitors and improves analytical system and lab management system performance and capability.

• Develops, validates, and supports analytical methods.

• Keeps current with emerging analytical technologies and evaluates their potential for application.

• Applies established analytical technologies to meet business needs.

• Documents analytical methods and validations, technology evaluations, and innovations.

• Provides input on analytical equipment capital plans.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree plus laboratory, manufacturing or related experience required.
