At Crown Sydney, our culinary teams create memorable dining experiences across a diverse collection of restaurants and bars. From the vibrant energy of Epicurean, our premium all-inclusive dining experience, to our signature dining venues, we are seeking talented Chef de Partie professionals to join our growing kitchens.

The Role
Reporting to the Sous Chef and senior kitchen leadership team, you will:

• Lead and support a team within your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Assist with daily food preparation and service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
   

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience.
• Experience within a quality restaurant, hotel, or high-volume dining environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for food and continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
