YOUR MISSION
Responsible for leading organizational change initiatives associated with Digital & Technology, ERP, and business transformation programs across LATAM. The role ensures successful user adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and business readiness activities, minimizing resistance and maximizing the value realization of project investments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that enable employees and business functions to successfully transition to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Assess organizational change impacts across functions, countries, and business units.
- Identify change risks, potential resistance and define mitigation actions to support successful adoption.
- Analyze business process, organizational, system, and role impacts.
- Establish change readiness and adoption metrics to measure program success.
- Identify, assess, and manage key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Develop and execute communication plans for transformation initiatives, coordinating campaigns using multiple channels.
- Ensure end-user preparedness prior to go-live.
- Define change management KPIs and dashboards.
- Prepare executive-level reports on change readiness, adoption, and stakeholder
YOUR TALENT
Need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
- Advanced English
- Experience supporting digital implementations, technology projects, or similar projects
- Experience in multinational or regional LATAM
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
- Business process analysis and organizational design understanding.
- Data-driven adoption and readiness measurement.
Nice to have:
- Experience in ERP implementations, preferable SAP
- Prosci, ADKAR, PMP, Agile, or related certifications
