We are on the lookout for a CG Artist / Creative Retoucher to join our Design Department.

Role overview

As a CG Artist / Creative Retoucher, you’ll create high-impact visuals for marketing campaigns, banners, and promotional materials. You’ll combine photography, 3D renders, effects, and other elements into polished, cohesive compositions, bringing creative concepts to life through advanced retouching, color grading, and visual storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with designers, 3D, and motion teams to create engaging visuals and adapt them for different formats and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Visual Creation: Create high-impact promotional visuals for marketing campaigns, banners, and other creative materials using advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching.
• Key Visuals: Develop strong key visuals that communicate campaign concepts and capture attention across different marketing channels.
• Composition: Build complex, cohesive compositions by combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and other visual elements.
• Artistic Retouching: Enhance visuals through lighting adjustments, color grading, atmosphere, effects, and other advanced retouching techniques.
• 3D Integration: Refine 3D renders and seamlessly integrate them into promotional creatives.
• Concept Development: Bring creative ideas to life based on briefs, references, and abstract concepts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams to develop and deliver strong visual concepts.
• Creative Adaptation: Adapt visuals for different formats, platforms, and marketing requirements while maintaining visual consistency.
• Visual Quality: Maintain a high level of detail, artistic quality, style, and visual storytelling across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, promo design, or a similar role.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating promotional creatives, key visuals, and high-quality retouching.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong practical experience with compositing and photo manipulation.
• Visual Skills: Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Creative Approach: Ability to create atmospheric, engaging, and commercially effective visuals based on briefs and creative concepts.
• 3D & Compositing: Experience working with 3D renders and integrating them seamlessly into complex compositions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to refine visuals to a high-end, polished standard.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Russian.

Nice to have:

• Performance Marketing: Experience working with performance marketing creatives and an understanding of how visuals contribute to campaign performance.
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
• 3D Software: Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Marketing Awareness: Understanding of marketing creatives, visual trends, and user attention patterns.
