Central Planning & Outsourcing Regional Manager, North Asia

Location: China Yantai

Reporting to: Head of Regional Planning, APAC

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive regional supply planning and outsourcing operations across North Asia, including Greater China and Korea. This role is responsible for ensuring high service levels, optimizing inventory and logistics performance, leading S&OP/S&OE processes, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead regional supply planning across North Asia to ensure high delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive S&OP and S&OE processes and coordinate cross-functional supply reviews.
• Optimize inventory, logistics costs, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Manage outsourcing operations, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, and outsourcing processes.
• Develop and coach a high-performing regional team while partnering with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D, and Finance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the chemical, coatings, or manufacturing industry.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and managers.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Outsourcing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
