As a CDTR - Data Privacy & Protection - Cyber - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will assist businesses in navigating the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In this role, you will help develop privacy policies, conduct privacy impact assessments, and implement data protection measures to safeguard personal information. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, leveraging your skills to provide strategic guidance and support across various industries. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations to maintain compliance
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and developing privacy policies to safeguard personal information
- Implementing data protection measures to navigate the complex landscape of privacy requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Responding effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of clients and team members
- Using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to its changes
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to deliver quality service
- Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to address data breaches and enhance information security measures

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
