As a Cyber Strategy Architecture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding client systems and data by developing comprehensive security solutions within our Cybersecurity practice. You will apply your broad understanding of cybersecurity principles to address diverse security challenges effectively, confirming the protection of sensitive information. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect client systems and data
- Implementing security architecture and frameworks to address diverse security challenges
- Leading teams in the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify vulnerabilities and propose secure solutions
- Applying AI fluency and digital tooling to enhance cybersecurity measures
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and security incident management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align cybersecurity policies with business objectives
- Mentoring team members to foster growth and improve performance
- Validating security compliance and privacy requirements within client environments
- Encouraging AI-human collaboration to optimize cybersecurity processes
- Promoting inclusion and embracing change within cybersecurity teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and policies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance cybersecurity strategies
- Embracing AI-human collaboration for innovative cybersecurity solutions
- Managing security architecture and compliance management effectively
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
