AI Engineering Academy by PwC 

We're looking for the next generation of AI Engineers.  

Join the AI Engineering Academy by PwC, a 4-week immersive experience where you'll build GenAI solutions, tackle real business challenges, and learn directly from experts working at the forefront of innovation. This is more than training. It's your chance to develop the technical skills that define the future of AI Engineering and earn the opportunity to be assessed for a full-time role at PwC Greece with the opportunity to start your career from any of our offices across Greece, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Ioannina, and Volos. 

 What You'll Learn During the Academy: 

• Software Engineering – Build production ready applications using modern development practices. 

• Data & Machine Learning – Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning solutions, transforming data into meaningful predictions. 

• Generative AI – Design and build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-based systems. 

• Production & Deployment – Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in real-world production environments. 

Who we are looking for 

Whether you've recently completed a BSc or an MSc and are driven by curiosity, innovation, and technology, here's what will make your application stand out: 

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. 

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages, developed through academic projects, personal initiatives, or your GitHub portfolio. 

• An understanding of data, with experience in SQL, data analysis, or data modelling. 

• ️Familiarity with modern development technologies such as Git, Docker and CI/CD practices. 

• Enthusiasm for exploring concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or prompt engineering through coursework, projects, or hackathons. 

• Curiosity, ambition, and a genuine passion for building a career in AI and shaping the technologies of tomorrow.

• Get Assessed through CV screening and online selection tests  

• Join the 4-week AI Engineering Academy in a hybrid format from mid-October to mid-November and gain hands-on skills and mentorship from PwC professionals. 

• Showcase Your Skills through a Capstone Project and final interviews  

• Get Hired: Top-performing participants will have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer and join PwC Greece.
