Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing, scheduling, and sorting all incoming calls for a seamless patient experience.

HIRING SCHEDULE:  

• Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm
• Friday: 7:45am-2:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Warmly greet patients with a high level of concierge care. 
• Answering phones promptly and checking the office voicemail regularly, responding to messages. 
• Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments via phone and text. 
• Entering in new patient records with precision, updating all details. 
• Assist with various office duties as directed by immediate supervisor. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a call center or healthcare environment, previous dental experience a plus! 
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay Range - $18/HR - $20/HR
