Procurement, Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including processing purchase requisitions, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, commercial evaluations, sourcing recommendations, and issuance of Purchase Orders for materials, services, projects, NPR, and operational requirements.
• Identify, develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers while driving commercial negotiations, alternate sourcing strategies, and supplier performance improvement to ensure cost-effective, quality-focused, and reliable sourcing solutions.

Procurement Operations & Documentation

• Maintain procurement MIS, sourcing records, contracts, and documentation with accurate record keeping and compliance to company policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
• Monitor order execution, supplier commitments, delivery schedules, service levels, and procurement status through regular follow-up and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Import, Export & Logistics Management

• Manage end-to-end import operations across all locations, including shipment planning, freight forwarder coordination, customs clearance, logistics cost negotiations, documentation management, BOE verification, query resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform Trezix transaction management, shipment tracking, and documentation activities for import shipments, including Intercompany and Global Procurement transactions.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal functions to ensure seamless procurement and logistics execution.
• Prepare and present periodic management reports covering procurement activities, sourcing progress, vendor performance, shipment status, project updates, commercial achievements, and cost-saving initiatives.
