Position Title: Business Account Manager- Sales
Location: 6th October City, Egypt
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller seeks an Account Manager I to grow and retain customer relationships while achieving sales, profitability, and market share objectives. This role manages a portfolio of regional accounts, identifies new business opportunities, and delivers value-based solutions tailored to customer needs. The position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and strategic account management to drive sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales, volume, and profitability targets within assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the territory
- Deliver customer-focused solutions through consultative and value-based selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to optimize margin performance
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reports in CRM tools
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive growth
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical markets
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue, profit, and customer growth targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the applicable location
Preferred Requirements
- Experience within adhesives, chemicals, packaging, or related industries
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to manage consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Technical aptitude to support customer applications and product demonstrations
- Note: French speaker would be a plus.
