The Opportunity:

South Bow is seeking a Business Technology Summer Student beginning May 2027 for a 4-month work term.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze support demand and service trends to identify recurring issues, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Investigate root causes of common user challenges and develop recommendations that improve system effectiveness and user experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities to enhance business processes.
• Support user adoption initiatives by gathering feedback, identifying training needs, and developing enablement materials that help employees maximize the value of enterprise applications.
• Assist in the design and development of AI-enabled self-service capabilities using tools such as Copilot and Copilot Studio to reduce operational workload and improve employee productivity.
• Map and analyze high-volume business processes to identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and self-service solutions.
• Create process documentation, business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and knowledge articles to support solution delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support application enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
• Support testing, validation, and solution rollout activities to ensure enhancements meet business needs and deliver expected outcomes.
• Measure and report on adoption, operational efficiency, and business value outcomes resulting from implemented improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance business capabilities, improve user experiences, and enable the delivery of business-enhancing technology solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Actively enrolled in a post-secondary program focused on Information Technology or related field.
• Must provide transcripts upon application.
