The Supply Chain and Procurement organization is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering world-class communications equipment and solutions for customers around the world.

Job Description

The Internship will be dedicated to developing and implementing Global Processes within the Global Materials Organization including supplier collaboration, oracle planning cloud and global reporting system governing.

It will also include the following:

• Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale Transformation Implementations.
• Help draft, update, and standardize global SOPs and training documentation for MSI Supply Chain
• Identify operational bottlenecks, lead time variances, or process hand-off gaps from forecasting to receiving.
• Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication; a flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others

Additional Qualified Skills:

• Basic AI Literacy: Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and practical experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, or advanced AI capabilities in Excel/Power BI and Google Gemini
• Systems Mindset: Strong curiosity regarding how AI, machine learning, and automation intersect with enterprise ERP environments and business process management.
• ERP/MRP (Oracle, SAP, etc) experience is preferred.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field
• Graduation date not later then Dec.2029
