Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers. Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities.

This role leads a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to the CFO COO Execution & Operations priorities, with responsibility for COO & Governance enablement and execution, employee experience, COO business management, Centers of Excellence (COE) integration, and operational excellence.
The Manager serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, helping translate organizational priorities into actionable plans while driving execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the COO & Governance organization. This role works closely with COO & Governance leadership, COE partners, Human Resources to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and support delivery of key business priorities.
Responsibilities include leading complex initiatives, driving governance routines, facilitating executive decision-making, managing organizational communications, identifying process improvement opportunities, and advancing automation and operational excellence efforts. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, strategic thinking, organizational influence, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Responsiblities:
- Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to CFO COO & Governance priorities, translating executive objectives into actionable plans and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support while driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the organization
- Drive business management activities, including workforce planning, governance routines, leadership forums, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and operational priorities
- Partner across leadership teams, Centers of Excellence, Human Resources, Operational Excellence, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, influence decision-making, and advance shared organizational objectives
- Lead employee experience and organizational effectiveness initiatives, utilizing employee feedback and workforce insights to develop and implement action plans that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and overall effectiveness
- Champion operational excellence and transformation efforts through process optimization, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance
- Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and reporting, synthesizing complex information, data, and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective governance and execution frameworks, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving accountability and successful change adoption across multiple workstreams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business management, strategy, project/program management, operations, consulting, or related disciplines
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience preparing materials for senior leaders.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels without direct authority
- Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

Minimum Education Required:
