What you will do

This role is responsible for leading, planning, executing, all service work orders and inspections. They oversee all phases of customer expectations, ensures alignment across many internal teams such as operations, scheduling, technical resources, and finance. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, risk management, and professional communication to drive successful outcomes. The coordinator ensures accuracy of documentation, tracks timelines, facilitates communication, and manages day -to-day operations for this customer. This is a fast passed position with very minimal down time.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees resource allocation and manage cross functional teams’ involvement with customer.

Communicate project status, risks, issues, to JCI and customer management.

Communicate daily with customers and internal teams for all work.

Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures satisfaction

Identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and resolves issues.

Ensure full compliance between JCI and customers by the contract.

Manage project financials, billing corrections, AR spreadsheets, open call spreadsheets and all documentation.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.11 - $31.73 per hour ((Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
