As we deploy our next strategic cycle, we are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support the Group Head of Strategy on key cross-country initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of an international organization, directly exposed to executive-level decision-making.

🎯 Your Mission

You will support strategic projects across three main areas:

1️⃣Market Research & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct market analyses (competitive landscape, pricing, regulation, M&A trends)

• Benchmark international education players

• Support investment cases and Board materials

• Contribute to strategic deep-dives (new geographies, new business lines)

2️⃣ Strategic Plan Deployment

• Help structure and monitor country strategic plans

• Support preparation of COMEX & Board presentations

• Track key strategic initiatives across geographies

• Produce clear executive-ready synthesis documents

3️⃣ Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Analyze operational and financial KPIs

• Identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Support ad hoc analysis for executive decision-making

You will work directly with the Group Head of Strategy and interact with CFOs, COOs and country CEOs.

🧠 Profile

We are looking for someone:

• From a top business school / engineering school / IEP

• With strong analytical skills (financial modeling is a plus)

• Very comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint

• Structured, rigorous, autonomous

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Curious about international education / services businesses

Previous internship in consulting, PE, corporate strategy or M&A is a strong plus.
