Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across product, channel, and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation, engaging executive stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments
• Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution
• Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives
• Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking
• Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, operations, governance, risk management, financial center leadership, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving execution across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Experience developing and managing governance routines, operational controls, risk disciplines, and performance management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations, business reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Experience leading change management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large operational organizations within Financial Services.
• Knowledge of business management, risk, governance, and operational processes within Bank of America.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and driving organization-wide strategic priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions to support business performance and decision-making.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$104,700.00 - $180,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
