Job Description:

The Business Strategy & Support team serves as the bridge between Sales and Delivery within the APJ Client Management organization. We support strategic initiatives, business operations, reporting and analytics, process optimization, operational governance, and cross-functional coordination to improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to how a regional services organization operates across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support data analytics, reporting, process improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives within the Business Strategy & Support team.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Leadership teams to develop insights, improve reporting capabilities, support AI and digital initiatives, and contribute to operational excellence across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators through data analysis.
• Support ad-hoc business reviews and management reporting requests.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and business trackers.
• Develop visualizations and executive-ready reporting materials using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Improve existing reporting models to increase accuracy, efficiency, and business relevance.
• Support data quality reviews and reporting governance activities.

Process Optimization & Documentation

• Document existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve current processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives through analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and operational documentation.

Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives

• Collaborate on digital transformation projects across the organization.
• Support the evaluation, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Participate in pilot projects related to reporting automation, workflow optimization, and business intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and other business functions.
• Support workshops, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations, business updates, and management communications.
• Contribute to special projects and leadership requests as required.

Operational Support

• Gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end services lifecycle from opportunity through delivery.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and business management processes.
• Assist with tracking business metrics, initiatives, and action items across the organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
  • Business Analytics
  • Data Analytics
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate, or Copilot.
• Basic understanding of data modeling, reporting, or business intelligence concepts.
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI technologies.
