We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Business Controlling Manager to join our Finance team in Türkiye. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and act as the key finance advisor within the organization.

• Develop a deep understanding of business operations, processes, performance drivers, and key metrics.

• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to assess short-, medium-, and long-term business performance.

• Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and conclusions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Promote financial awareness and understanding across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with KONE Financial Control Model (FCM), accounting standards, reporting principles, and costing parameters.

• Monitor and validate the accuracy of management reporting, financial reporting, volume reporting, and performance KPIs.

• Analyze weekly and monthly business performance and identify variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.

• Prepare executive-level performance summaries, highlighting opportunities and risks. Work in adhoc project as needed.

• Collaborate with business leaders to define and follow up on improvement actions.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing key financial assumptions and parameters.

• Validate planning and forecasting outputs to ensure realistic and accurate financial projections.

• Ensure timely consolidation and reporting of plans and forecasts in accordance with company guidelines and deadlines.

• Execute business controlling activities in accordance with KONE policies and processes.

• Perform financial and operational analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making.

• Contribute to opportunity pipeline analysis and scenario planning activities.

• Collaborate with finance colleagues and stakeholders across KONE to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

• Support the development and effectiveness of the Business Controlling function.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.

• Experience with ERP systems, reporting and consolidation tools, and Business Intelligence applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships across the organization.

• Strong commercial acumen, sound judgment, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
