Your key responsibilities

• This is a Managerial position
• Will manage a team of 6 Sales Managers
• Will need to generate business through their Sales Manager team.
• Candidate must be able to read & understand financials of clients to close a Mortgage deal. Should be able to read & analyze balance sheets as well.
• ASM’s will also be required to hire their own team of Sales Managers
• ASM will report to Cluster Manager

Your skills and experience

• Overall Relevant experience 10 + Years &  team handling experience of 5 + Years in the same geography as the job location only
• Strong client handling skills (HNI & UHNI).
• Must be a strong salesperson with a well connects market reach
• Qualification – Graduate / MBA
• Age capping to max 35 years
• Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groo

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
