Project Role : Business Capability Architect
Project Role Description : Define and build a capability that does not currently exist. Develop industry position papers on the capability and help define a practice from incubation to growth stages. Participate in business development activities and act as a subject matter expert for the technical and functional design of the capability, which can be leveraged or implemented at multiple clients.

Summary:
In the role of Business Capability Architect, a typical day involves pioneering the creation and establishment of new business capabilities that are not yet present within the organization. This includes crafting detailed industry position papers that articulate the value and strategic importance of these capabilities. The role requires active participation in the evolution of these capabilities from their initial incubation phase through to their expansion and maturity. Collaboration with various stakeholders to support business development initiatives and providing expert guidance on both technical and functional aspects of the capability are key components of daily activities. The position demands a forward-thinking approach to ensure that the developed capabilities can be effectively utilized or implemented across multiple client environments, fostering innovation and growth within the business landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and documentation of new business capabilities to support organizational growth.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to enhance capability adoption.
- Support junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing retail business processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business and technology strategies.
- Skilled in developing comprehensive documentation and industry position papers to support capability building.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
